Personal message: I believe in creating high expectations and fostering a high sense of belief and self efficacy in students. I believe that building strong relationships with students and creating a culture of value and respect is key to enriching their learning experiences. I believe that teachers are the face of Christ to our students and should actively demonstrate compassion, understanding, forgiveness and respect in our everyday interactions with others.

Statement of areas of responsibility: The numeracy coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Mathematics syllabus in all grades. The numeracy coordinator works with teachers and staff to help build their knowledge, understanding and expertise in mathematical content and teaching practices. This enables teachers to program and teach relevant, purposeful, engaging lessons that provide high levels of challenge and support to develop student growth mindset.
