Personal message: At St. Mary’s Primary School, I am dedicated to nurturing the holistic development of our students, fostering a strong sense of faith, compassion, and academic excellence. With God and Us Together, I strive to create an environment where the values of kindness, wisdom, generosity, stewardship, hospitality and faith are not only taught but lived every day.

Statement of areas of responsibility: Working in partnership with the parish as the Religious Education Coordinator, I have a pivotal role in promoting and sustaining the Catholic identity of St. Mary’s Primary School. This position involves leading and coordinating the Religious Education program, ensuring its alignment with the teachings of the Catholic Church and supporting the faith formation of our students, staff and broader community through the values exemplified by Saint Mary MacKillop.

Professional experience: With over 10 years of classroom experience, I have had the privilege of working in several Catholic schools across two different dioceses as a classroom teacher and Religious Education Coordinator.

Bachelor of Education (Primary) – Australian Catholic University

Certificate in Gifted Education (COGE) – University of New South Wales

Professional interests: I enjoy contributing to a vibrant Catholic school community that aligns perfectly with my passion for deepening my own faith, inspiring the hearts and minds of the students in their spiritual journey, and constantly exploring effective pedagogical approaches in Religious Education. I am deeply passionate about working with students with special needs and integrating technology into the classroom to enrich their learning experience, combining my personal interest with innovative teaching approaches.
